Parents,

Please be aware that Pewitt Elementary has made recent changes to increase security on our campus.  When you come to visit us you will notice that the front doors are now locked during the school day.  There is a button that you may press to gain access into the building.  You may be asked for your name and the reason for your visit.  This is to ensure that our children are safe.
