Pewitt CISD is aware of the new public concerns raised about Lifetouch, our current school photography contractor. The safety and privacy of our students are always our highest priority, and we take any concerns of this nature seriously.

We are currently reviewing our contracts with Lifetouch and evaluating options for photography services. We will communicate further after the review is completed.  To access Lifetouch’s public statement about the issue, please find it published online here https://lifetouch.com/.

In the meantime, and as always, participation in any upcoming Lifetouch photography sessions is completely voluntary. If you prefer that your child not participate, please notify your campus office in writing (note or email) prior to the scheduled session. We respect and support your choice.  Your written instructions as to the photography of your child will be followed.
